LIFE IS DIFFICULT! EVEN MORE IF YOU ARE A CHRISTIAN!
Jesus didn´t promise an easy life, that´s why He said that we need to take our cross to follow Him.
The good news is that it doesn´t matter how difficult, it will always be worthwhile!!!
My problem is that is extremely hard for me to think about the present and these "small steps"... I am a future lover!
I´m always looking forward for what is coming next, I have this kind of sense of disconformity with the present. That can be both, a good and a bad thing... BUT, that´s not the topic now!
I really need to star enjoying the present that God is giving me and start concentrating in this little small steps that will take me to that future that I am excited about!
That thought of QUITTING goes around my mind once every so often... when it gets really hard and I don´t know what to do! My emotions pull me down and I just want to get to the top of the mount NOW! It can be really hard!
The scary thing is that this is just the beginning! More and bigger difficulties are going to come around as life goes on!
I really don´t have much to say about it... this is just an expression of one of my thousands of failures!
"LORD! I need your help! Help me to be concentrated in those little steps that you want me to walk! Help me not to quit, but to learn of my failures! Help me to understand your grace every day in a deeper way! I need you! Help me to live today in such a way that tomorrow I wont regret my yesterday!"
Me pasa algo parecido a lo tuyo, creo que ahora menos que antes. Concentrarse en el presente es mucho más dificil que pensar en el pasado o en futuro, uno va detrás y delante del otro, pero lo que está en en el medio siempre es más dificil de ver.
